Our story
Hua Lok Group is a Singapore food & beverage house with one mission: carry the flavours of our hawker heritage — faithfully, shelf-stably, beautifully — to tables far beyond our island.
We began with a single icon: the peppery, garlicky broth of Outram Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh. Today we blend, pack and distribute premium spice kits with a 2.5-year shelf life, and lend our branding expertise to F&B partners who want their own story told just as well.

The exact peppery blend simmered at Ya Hua's stalls since 1973 — white pepper, garlic and herbs, portioned for the home pot. Stocked at Jewel Changi Airport and exported across Asia.
